I wish to comment on planning application 2017/2896/P (81 Fordwych road) who wish to convert an 5 flat building into 8.
a similar application was made and refused for 88 Fordwych road which is a similar sized building.
the reason for refusal was that 8 flats was far too small to be safe.
I have witnessed the poor quality of such crammed "apartments" which are not fit for purpose as the building was never meant to be used in this manner.
please do not allow such a mistake to repeat and stick to a policy not allowing developers to be overzealous at the expense of the prospective buyers who poor quality homes |
