Dear Mr Thuaire

Planning Application 2010/2845/P

North Fairground, Vale of Health, London NW3 1AU

I am writing to object to Planning Application 2010/2845/P for a Certificate of Lawful Use as a caravan site in respect of the North Fairground Site in the Vale of Health.  I am sorry that it was not possible for me to submit this letter before the 30 July deadline for comments, but I understand from Ian Harrison, Chairman of the Vale of Health Society, that you will nevertheless be able to give consideration to this letter.

You will see from the attached Statutory Declaration (the original of which I have today delivered to Camden Planning) that:

·                I have lived in a caravan on the access road between the North and South Fairgrounds since September 2005.  During that period I have taken many photos of the North Fairground.

·                Each of the 11 photos attached to my Statutory Declaration shows one or more showman’s vehicles parked on the North Fairground.

·                These photos show beyond doubt that the applicants’ claim that the Fairground site has been used solely for residential purposes for the past ten years is grossly inaccurate and their application should therefore be summarily rejected.

Yours sincerely

Timea Tallian
