Hi Mike,

 

Jim has asked me to send an email over to you for carrying out the formal CfSH assessments for 69, Highgate High Street.

 

I know from experience that you will not achieve the Design Assessment before the 1st May even if we received all the information / evidence tomorrow.

 

Timeline to complete

 

Email setting out all information required - an hour

 

Need to register the site - half an hour

 

On receipt of information (as long as everything is complete and correct) - 1 day to complete and submit the report

 

Stroma will then take 7 working days to assess

 

They usually do not sign off the assessment 1st time round (they like their QA fees!) so need a couple of days to amend and re-submit and then 2 to 3 for a response from Stroma.

 

Therefore the earliest would be second week of May if you can get all evidence over to me this week!
