Thanks for your inspection today.  As explained, I don't want to cause unnecessary upset to my neighbours and don't understand how any window fitted to the specification can be opened in this way.
 
I don't have a choice as to where I sit in my lounge due to layout of kitchen etc. and this is not what was approved by Camden CC in original planning application or the revised application.  I must have a permanent solution so that window can not be opened and any residents - present and future - of 1a Gondar Gardens are not able to overlook my garden area or lounge.
 
It is unfortunate that my new neighbours were not aware of the condition.
