Dear
Leela,
Please find
attached,
1. Your notice of
incomplete application
2. A revised design
and access statement. Please ensure this replaces the original
submission.
3. New drawings.
These replace the old drawings completely.
As required,
they,
- are at 1:50 scale
on A3
- include an
existing roof plan
- include nearest
windows on adjoining property on all elevations
Materials
proposed.
I believe that the planners
should be able to specify certain materials or choice of materials among their
conditions for approval.
However, if further
specification is required, as I am unable to update online
please note
in section 10 that I propose:
- Iron railing or
clear glass parapet according to planners' requirements
- The visible sides
of the roof hatch will be either of red brick or painted timber, again to suit
the planners' requirements.
I am unable to
update the forms online. Please note that the flat numbers of the Certificate B
recipients are as follows:
Angie Mason, flat
1
Allu Jamaal, flat
2
Paul Noble,
flat3
The site address is
flat 4.
Many
thanks,
Giles
