Further to our recent telephone conversation, I can confirm the following:

 

 

Planning Condition 12 (a)

 

·         We have submitted the ground investigation package as part of our application. 

 

Planning Condition 12 (b)

 

·         We can confirm that the investigation has been carried out in accordance with the approved details.  No remediation measures were deemed necessary following the geological specialists review of the site investigation information and the actual dig, which has now been completed.

 

Planning Condition 12 (c)

 

·         As above, no remediation measures were deemed necessary following the site investigation and the actual dig, which has now been completed.

 

Planning Condition 4

 

·        The proposed green roof details submitted which form part of our application shall be implemented to the areas of green roofing for which the extent is to be in accordance with the approved planning drawing, namely PM Architects Roof Plan drawing number 02DP 5006.  For clarity, I have hand marked the approved drawing (attached) showing these areas.

I recently received the acknowledgement for the above referenced application which I submitted earlier this month.  However, for some reason this acknowledgement was sent to Ms Valerie Scott of CGMS Consulting rather than me?  Slightly confused as I clearly put down my details (as below) on the application form and the cheque was from my company!

 

Ms Scott kindly forwarded the acknowledgement to me, but please can you confirm that you will update your details to ensure that I am down as the agent and not Ms Scott?
