I can confirm that the materials for the fascia and projection sign will be painted timber with a matt finish and matt vinyl lettering, to meet the requirements of the Conservation Area.
I will also confirm that these will be externally illuminated with trough lights (pencil lights).

As discussed, can you confirm that the material of the fascia and projecting sign would be painted timber rather than aluminium panels with vinyl graphics. This is because the site falls within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.
