2013/6247/P - Carriageway adjacent to Holbrook House
Hi
David,
Apologies, that was an error. We do have a leasehold interest in
the land. Would you like me to amend the relevant
certificate?
Andrew

Subject: 2013/6247/P - Carriageway adjacent to Holbrook House
Hi Andrew,
Re: Carriageway
adjacent to Holbrook House, Newton Street
Non material
amendment to planning permission granted 27/09/2011 (ref 2011/4174/P) for the
installation of the carriageway of a cycle hire docking station including a
registration /payment terminal and maximum of 28 docking points for bicycles,
namely for a change of foundation type from standard to inset
foundation.
You have indicated
on your application form that you do not have an interest in the part of the
land to which this amendment relates (question 5,
eligibility)
Only a person who
has an interest in the land to which the non-material amendment relates, or
someone else acting on their behalf, can apply.
Examples of people with a
legal interest in the land are:
- a
freeholder
- a holder of a lease
of over seven years (whether as a head lessee,
sub-lessee or tenant of an
agricultural holding)
- a
mortgagee
- someone with an
estate contract (i.e. an option to acquire a legal
interest in the land or
a contract to purchase the land)
If you do not have
an interest in the land, you are not eligible to make a non-material amendment
application. Please clarify the situation as you will need to withdraw the
application if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Apologies that
this issue was identified so late in the
process.
Kind
regards
David
