I have reviewed the provided proposal to cut and place a fin pier to the Southern Buttress wall for its future stability. In my opinion the proposal is clear and seems appropriate.

I stand by my conclusions and answers to your questions (Sections 5,6,7) from my report on the ‘Revised Planning Application’ of 15^th August 2013.

You raised one point in section 4.4 of your review regarding the southern buttress wall which implies criticism of the scheme and may indeed be a misunderstanding of the situation here. In response, the developers have provided this report which hopefully addresses the issue. I would be grateful if you could advise me whether this now completely satisfies your concerns and that there are no further issues regarding the revised BIA. You will note below that the developer is prepared to discuss directly with you if you need any further clarification.
